How it works

You host the server. Agents install the Windows client and connect to your domain.

Deploy on your VPS

Point DNS at the server, set DOMAIN, run Docker. StaffSense is live at https://staffsense.yourcompany.com.

Set up users & projects

In the console, create agents, projects, and security presets (time-only vs full monitoring).

Agents download the Windows app

From your site’s download page (or a link you send). No Node, Rust, or developer tools — just the installer.

Point the app at your domain

In StaffSense, enter Server URL = your company domain (e.g. https://staffsense.yourcompany.com), sign in, and clock in.
