For sales agents. Install the app, then point it at your company’s StaffSense domain — the same URL your admin deployed on the VPS.

Server URL must be your company domain, e.g. https://staffsense.customdomain.com — not staffsense.net and not localhost (unless you’re testing on the same PC). All monitoring data stays on your company’s server.

After you download

  1. Run the installer and open StaffSense
  2. Keep the tray icon visible
  3. Enter Server URL — your company domain (ask your admin if you don’t have it)
  4. Sign in with the email and password your admin created
  5. Pick a project, accept consent if required, clock in

Admins

Deploy StaffSense on your VPS first, then send agents this download page and your domain. Guide: Deploy on a VPS.
