For sales agents. Install the app, then point it at your company’s StaffSense domain — the same URL your admin deployed on the VPS. Current release: v0.1.14

Server URL must be your API base, e.g. https://staffsense.net/api (include /api). All monitoring data stays on your company’s server.

After you download

  1. Run the installer and open StaffSense
  2. Keep the tray icon visible
  3. Enter Server URL — your company domain (ask your admin if you don’t have it)
  4. Sign in with the email and password your admin created
  5. Pick a project, accept consent if required, clock in
  6. Use Start break / End break when needed

Updates

The Windows and macOS apps check your company server for a newer client version and show an in-app update notice with download links when one is available.

Deploy StaffSense on your VPS first, then send agents this download page and your domain. Guide: Deploy on a VPS. Set CLIENT_LATEST_VERSION, CLIENT_WINDOWS_URL, and CLIENT_MACOS_URL in the server .env when you publish a new build.
